We ship wall binders with Royal Mail 1st class within 1-2 days after your order. You may request a signed-for delivery, but this will cost extra.
Please note that once the binders have been dropped off for delivery, it is down to Royal Mail to deliver within their time-frames.
If you have received your binder and it doesn’t fit, please do not worry. Our return address is on all of our packages and we request that you send the package back to us, and request a different one.
We will not send out another binder unless the first one has been posted back. If you need to request our return address, just ask.
Sadly, we cannot undermine a parent’s decision for their child. If you are under 16 and don’t have any capacity to order our binders, you will need to have your parent / legal guardian to order for you.
Although we love to support trans youth, we cannot disregard a parent’s decision for anyone who is underage.
We really hope we don’t seem like a scam! Our charity is NOT currently registered as there aere specific pre requisites for charity registration in the UK. If you’re feeling unsure, please feel free to view our article by GenderGP, a reputable and trusted Gender Clinic in the UK. You can view the article here.
If you’re still unsure, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to explain what we do, how we do it and how we use donations.
Yes! All of our packaging is plain and has no mention of the charity on it, or its contents. You can also request what name you’d like on the packaging.
