We advise staying patient as this process can take a week or two depending on our processing times. If you've been waiting longer than this, please contact us at support@safe2trans.org and someone will take a look for you.

Not yet, but this is due to how the registration process for charities in the UK works. In order for a charity to be registered, it needs to have accrued at least £5,000 in donations in a year. We're getting there, and when we do we will announce that to our community! We have a responsibility to our donors to ensure all money used are for the purposes outlined.

Not at all! Use whatever name you identify yourself as, as long as it's safe to do so. Some people may not feel comfortable having their chosen name on delivery packages. We also do not brand the delivery package, so you don't have to worry about others seeing your package. It's all stealth!
