- False information provided to us by you, is not something we are responsible for and we emplore you to be honest with the information you are providing.
- If you have donated us a binder, you have 7 days from the date of donation to request it back. Any time after the 14 day period this will have been assumed ownership by us and may have been donated onwards to someone else. Please ensure when donating that you no longer need the binder.
- Some of our binders have been estimated in size, as such, these may or may not fit as expected. It’s important to note that a lot of these binders are second-hand and may not be as tight as they were new.
- We understand that some parents may not be supportive, and as such may not want you to wear a binder. We are not in a position to undermime a parent’s decision for their child.
- All of our donations and shipping payments are facilitaed though PayPal. PayPal’s policies state that nobody unde the age of 18 should access their services in order to make or receive payments. If payments are made, we will presume this has been made from someone the age of 18.
